Himley Halls Team may request information from you in relation to making a booking at the Hall or Park or becoming a syndicate member.
This notice explains what personal data (information) we hold about you, how we collect, how we use and may share information about you. We are required to give you this information under data protection law.
What information do we collect?
For Hall and park bookings including Indulgent Afternoon Tea bookings - Name, address, contact details including email address, telephone number. Specific dietary requirements – for catering bookings only.
For the fishing syndicate we do also have a photograph of the syndicate member (this is for identification purposes only)
Correspondence (emails, letters, customer feedback forms)
Why do we use this information?
Identification & security to ensure that specific services are accessed by authorised customers
Syndicate Membership, bookings, payments & accounting to assist with effective delivery of the service
Management reporting to assist in the evaluation and identification of service improvements
Communications with regards to accounts, bookings, memberships, promotional activity and customer enquiry/feedback
Communications where customers have specifically requested to be informed of up and coming events / tours.
