Armed Forces Day in association with Jewson Partnership Solutions is returning to the prestigious Grade II listed Himley Hall & Park.

The FREE event runs from 11am to 4pm and offers fun for all the family, including a paintball gallery, a vintage military vehicle display.

In the park vintage and crafts will be on offer at Lolly's Vintage & Craft Marquees, there will be an outdoor vintage tea tent as well provided by Heavenly Baking as vintage fairground rides, archery, climbing wall and Punch & Judy.

Highlights of the day will include a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flypast by a C-47 Dakota. The original 1935 aircraft, which is the last of its type serving with the RAF, will be flying over the event at approximately 1.15pm (weather permitting). There will also be an opportunity to meet reserve military units as well as army, air and sea cadets from across the region.
