Frequently asked questions

Which entrance do we use to get in and out of Himley Hall?

If arriving from Gornal direction, please follow the traffic management signs to guide you into the park safely.

When leaving the park after your film, please follow instruction from traffic management staff.
 

If my film choice is changed or cancelled will I be entitled to a refund?

Yes, we will notify you in advance and you have the option to apply for a refund.

Is there any food available to buy onsite ?

Yes. There are street food vendors available on site.

 

Can I bring my own food?

Yes you may bring your own food if you wish. No alcohol is to be brought onsite as this is a family-friendly event. Please take all your litter with you and dispose of at home.

Are there toilet facilities available?

Yes, toilet provision, including disabled facilities, will be available and will be cleaned and maintained regularly to meet with current government guidelines on health and safety. Social distancing measures will also apply.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds will be given but with two exceptions. 1. Your requested film has had to be changed. In this case we will contact you in advance of the screening to give you the option of a refund. 2. The event is cancelled due to future Covid-19 guidelines.

What will happen to my screening if it rains?

The event will still go ahead if it rains.

How will I hear the audio on the film?

You will be told in advance and at the start of the film to tune your car radio into a certain frequency that will be specifically for that showing of the film.

Can I bring my dog?

No dogs will be allowed, apart from assistance dogs.

Gates will open one hour prior to each showing 

Cost £20 per car. Each person inside the vehicle requires a ticket at £3 each. A booking fee will apply to all tickets.
